Prof. Emmanuel Boutillon (Lab-STICC, UBS) is the coordinator of the project. He has already successfully led in the past two others ANR projects (ANR-QCSP, ANR NAND).
Université Bretagne Sud (UBS)/lab-STICC, Lorient, has expertise in the field of QCSP frames and error control coding. Lab-STICC/UBS holds several patents related to QCSP frames.

INSA Lyon, Lyon, has a strong expertise in the field of resource management for multi-user communications including PHY/MAC design and covering theoretical models (information theory), algorithmic design and experimentation. Maracas manages the CorteXlab testbed made at the disposal of the project for prototyping.

THALES Secure Information and Communication Systems, Gennevilier (THALES SIX) is a world leader in critical information system and secure communications, which addresses every activity related to telecommunications, from systems of systems down to components. The department involved in the project is the WaveForm Design lab (WFD), in charge of advanced studies for new wireless radio access.
